Robert J Jirousek

Robert "Bob" J. Jirousek, age 79, of Euclid, entered into rest on Dec. 31, 2011. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Kathleen "Kaye" (nee Durbin); his children James (Kathy), Thomas, Judith Polzner, Terry Warder (Tom), William (Michelle), and Suzanne; his 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; brothers Dennis (Peggy) and Dennis (Donna). Son of the late Elizabeth and Cyrus Jirousek. Bob was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean war, where he earned both a Navy occupation and Korean service medal. He was also a retired lithographer, an avid fisherman, and a friend to many.

Family will receive friends at Jakubs and Son Funeral Home, 936 E. 185th Street Cleveland, Monday Jan. 2, 2012 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass at SS Robert/William Catholic Parish, 367 East 260th Street, Euclid, Tuesday Jan. 3, 2012 at 12:30 p.m.. He will rest in peace at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman Ohio. Contributions are suggested to Hospice House of the Western Reserve or a charity of your choice.
